Carow..new role at Four Seasons Amman

Four Seasons Amman names new hotel manager

AMMAN, July 26, 2015

Four Seasons Hotel Amman, an iconic hotel in the Jordanian capital, has promoted Mali Carow to the role of hotel manager.

Carow will continue to support the property in maintaining its leading position among business and leisure travellers by overseeing and managing the hotel’s day-to-day operations.

Carow joined the team in Amman in May 2014 as food & beverage (F&B) director, overseeing all kitchens, in-room dining and banquet events, in addition to food and beverage operations for six diverse restaurants and lounges.

Carow said: “I am honoured to have received this promotion, and in parallel with the team in Amman, I look forward to bringing exceptional levels of service synonymous with the Four Seasons brand to guests visiting this fascinating city.”

Four Seasons Hotel Amman is Carow’s seventh Four Seasons hotel that she has been a part of since the year 2000. She kicked off her career as an F&B server at Four Seasons Hotel Chicago and Four Seasons Hotel Washington DC, and for the next 10 years she continued to move up the F&B ladder until she became Director of F&B at Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru before making her move to Amman, Jordan. – TradeArabia News Service
