TripAdvisor honours Anjum Hotel Makkah for excellence

MAKKAH, June 16, 2015

Anjum Hotel Makkah, a luxury hotel in Saudi Arabia's holy city, has been awarded the 2015 Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor, a leading travel website.

The certificate was awarded to the hotel in recognition of the high number of outstanding reviews posted by travellers on the TripAdvisor website.

Fahad Bayumi, general manager, Anjum Hotel Makkah, said: “We are truly honoured and humbled to receive this award from TripAdvisor, which is known the world over for its comprehensive reviews and recommendations of premiere travel and tourism destinations. We would like to thank all of our previous guests who have shared their experience online—posting about how satisfied they were with the excellent service and key amenities afforded to them during their stay. There is no greater seal of approval than being recognised by one’s customers. This award reflects a remarkable vote of confidence to our business and our continued commitment to excellence.”

Winners for TripAdvisor's Certificate of Excellence are selected based on a proprietary algorithm used to determine the quality, quantity and timeliness of the reviews and opinions submitted by travellers to TripAdvisor over a 12-month period.

To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months. – TradeArabia News Service
