Elite Hospitality honoured for ‘service excellence’

MANAMA, June 8, 2015

Three hotels of Bahrain-based Elite Hospitality Group were awarded certificates of service excellence for 2014 by the region’s largest travel portal Booking.com.

This recognition is based on guest reviews posted online and is given only to hotels that have consistently scored above guest score eight out of maximum 10, said a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.

“We are delighted to receive both the award and the remarkably high level of satisfaction amongst guests who enjoy their stay at our hotels,” Elite Hospitality Group chief operating officer Sarosh Aibara.
