Sheraton Amman, a leading luxury hotel in the Jordanian capital, recently offered its guests the innovative “Sensory Dining” experience at its EVOO Restaurant.

Introduced for the second time, diners had the opportunity to enjoy the unique culinary experience of dining while blindfolded.

Without the use of sight, diners found their remaining senses of smell and taste, touch and hearing heighten and in the process discovered a new way to appreciate food and wine.
