Le Méridien Al Aqah Beach Resort ... high-quality designs.

Fujairah’s Méridien poised to unveil new look

FUJAIRAH, September 30, 2014

Le Méridien Al Aqah Beach Resort in Fujairah, UAE, will complete its 218-room renovation and modernisation programme in October.

The Dh25-million ($6.8 million) renovation, which began last year, incorporates new, high-quality room designs from Amani Al Lauz, reflecting the property’s beach-front ambiance and distinction as the most-loved getaway on the UAE's East Coast.

In an effort to provide guests with an elevated overall experience, each room is completely modernised with an appealing blend of contemporary style and technology.

The key features of the new rooms include Bluetooth connectivity to the flat screen TV, wireless high-speed internet access, and commissioned artwork depicting East Coast landscapes adorned on the walls.

Additional luxuries such as the new signature Le Méridien bed, an extra sofa bed and Bose music systems are included in the Royal Club rooms.

“As market leaders, our commitment to quality remains steadfast. The rooms reflect the vivid imagination of our experienced interior designer with a little help from Starwood’s global design office who ensured that they met its high global brand standards,” said Patrick Antaki, complex general manager, Le Méridien Al Aqah beach resort and Al Maha, a Luxury Collection desert resort and spa. “We look forward to welcoming old guests and new to the resort soon,” he added.
