New head of sales for HMH

DUBAI, September 7, 2014

Chris Bradley has been appointed as head of sales at Hospitality Management Holdings (HMH), a fully-integrated hotel management company based in Dubai, UAE.

A Canadian national with 16 years’ experience across the hospitality and consultancy sectors, Bradley joins the team from Hertz.

He started his hospitality career in Canada with Fairmont and InterContinental before moving to the UAE in 2007 with IHG’s global sales team.

A graduate of George Brown College’s Hotel Management programme in Toronto, he brings expertise in meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibition (MICE), corporate and travel trade markets to a fast moving, progressive team at HMH, the company said.

In his role, Bradley is responsible for the HMH’s 20 properties’ sales efforts with a focus on bottom line performance.

Director of Business Development at HMH, Cristina Polo, said: “We are glad to welcome Chris at HMH. We are confident the group will benefit enormously from the extensive sales experience gained by Chris, both in North America and in the Arabian Gulf. Developing new business and extending the reputation of HMH hotels among corporate and business clients is one of our key priorities today as we expand through the region. Equally important is maximising yield in line with budget objectives and Chris will be instrumental in doing so.”

Founded in 2003 in Dubai, HMH is a fully-integrated hotel management company that prides itself on being the first hotel chain in the Middle East to offer alcohol-free safe environment.

The company's hotel brands include The Ajman Palace, Coral Hotels & Resorts, Corp Hotels, ECOS Hotels and EWA Hotel Apartments. Its existing portfolio features 20 properties located across the Mena region. - TradeArabia News Service
