The new service station in Nad Al Sheba

Enoc Group opens a new service station in Nad Al Sheba

DUBAI, October 26, 2021

Enoc Group has announced the opening up of a new service station in Nad Al Sheba on Dubai-Al Ain Road.

The new service station will benefit residents of Nad Al Sheba community 1 & 2 serving the motorists on Dubai-Al Ain Road towards Academic City. The opening of the new service station is in line with the wider expansion on Dubai-Al Ain Road.

Built with a bridged canopy forecourt comprising four dispenser islands and eight multimedia fuel dispensers, Enoc’s new service station is equipped with five fuel tanks with a capacity of 12,000 imperial gallons, as well as an electric vehicle charging station. Spread over 4,566 sq m, the service station incorporates state-of-the-art technologies and innovative features, set to serve customers living within and neighbouring areas of Nad Al Sheba. The service station also includes a ZOOM convenience store and Pronto; offering freshly baked confectionary, snacks, hot and cold beverages, in addition to Burger King drive- through restaurant.

Saif Humaid Al Falasi, Group CEO Enoc, said: “The launch of our newest service station in Dubai is in line with our vision to invest in the country’s growing infrastructure to meet the increasing demand of fuel. We are committed to offer our customers easy access to fuel as well as automotive and retail services. We will continue to expand our retail presence across the UAE and provide best-in-class services to our customers.”

The service station is built with stage two vapour recovery systems to reduce emissions while the fuel is decanted into storage tanks and during refuelling of vehicles. They have fully automated fuel systems with auto tank gauging as well as electronic leak detection system. The service station has been built according to global best practices with full retail automation and modern construction standards, and in compliance with Dubai Municipality implementation of green standards.

The station is equipped with new generation dispensers with retractable hoses to refuel cars with fuel tanks on both sides of the pumps. The fuel system has been designed to have the maximum permissible safe flow rate as per the National Fire Protection Association.

The stations are equipped with cutting technologies including the ultra-modern variable refrigerant flow for air conditioning systems with a high energy efficiency ratio. This reduces energy consumption by 35%. The service stations also use ozone-free and environment-friendly refrigerant for all refrigeration units. The lighting and illumination are based on zero maintenance, low voltage LED with a lifespan of 50,000 hours, thereby achieving a 50% energy saving.

The ZOOM stores will have an extended service counter as well as an improved design to offer customers a better shopping experience. Various methods of payment including EnocPay, ViP, and mobile payments are accepted. The ‘Yes’ rewards programme is also accepted at both stations. ‘Yes’ rewards programme enables customers to earn points and rewards when paying for fuel and automotive services or when purchasing convenience store products and groceries; as well as F&B across Enoc’s service station network.-- TradeArabia News Service
