Yas Mall unveils new brands for Town Square project

ABU DHABI, August 4, 2021

Yas Mall, the largest mall in Abu Dhabi that was established in 2014, has announced a line-up of new brands, cafés and restaurants set to join its range of retail and dining outlets at Town Square, one of the key areas of its AED500 million ($136m) redevelopment project. 
 
Now open to the public, the shopping, dining and lifestyle hub will be enhanced over the coming months, including more landscaping, terraces and new shop designs, and is on track for its full re-opening by the end of the year, a spokesperson for the mall said.
 
In the coming months, Town Square, in the heart of Yas Mall, will be dotted with several additions, including Table Otto - a restaurant with simple food, strong details and a melting pot of Italian and French with American roots; %Arabica - a speciality coffee concept originating from Japan; and Forever Rose - the Instagrammable 2D café, which will open its doors this month.
 
Summer time is mango time, and Town Square has SALT’s ‘Mango Island’ pop-up, running until August 9, featuring a variety of mango desserts, including the Mango Softie, SALT Popsies and the Mango Coconut Parfait.
 
"The Mall will strengthen its F&B portfolio with the addition of Entrecote Café de Paris – a French-style café; and L'Eclair de Génie by Chef Christoph Adams - a dessert shop and café offering French pâtisserie and chocolates, in October 2021," the spokesperson said. 
 
In addition, it will welcome Kronfol serving traditional Lebanese dishes; Leens Casual to Gourmet serving food without the formalities; and Montauk by Chef Mariam Almansoori bringing Long Island beach vibes to Abu Dhabi.
 
The Belgian chocolate maker, Godiva will reveal a new design in the coming months, while customers can indulge in their favourite cafés such as Shakespeare and Co., Café Nero, Paul Café and Illy Caffé. The Town Square will also launch an interactive digital art screen in Q4.
 
Adding to its fashion portfolio, Yas Mall has recently opened the first Urban Outfitters store in Abu Dhabi, featuring clothing and accessories from brands such as Truly Madly Deeply, Champion, Calvin Klein, Fila and Vans. 
 
The existing fashion retailers Mango and H&M are extending their stores to open their doors directly onto Town Square, while Zara will be laid out across two levels. 
 
Yas Mall houses more than 370 international and regional retail brands, F&B outlets, a 20-screen state-of-the-art cinema operated by VOX Cinemas a children's 'edutainment' Zone, KidZania and mall-based coworking space, CLOUD spaces.-TradeArabia News Service
