Eagle Hills Sharjah signs leasing deal with UAE hypermarket

Eagle Hills Sharjah, a joint venture between Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) and leading Abu Dhabi-based developer Eagle Hills, has signed a leasing agreement with Every Day Fresh Hypermarket for its new store at Maryam Beach Residences.
This is the seventh store for UAE-based Every Day Fresh Hyper Market, which has been operating supermarkets, minimarts and hypermarkets in the country for two decades.
With four residential buildings, over 688 apartments and handovers scheduled for Q4, Maryam Beach Residences represents an exciting leasing opportunity for retailers looking to be part of the Maryam Island masterplan, the first-of-its-kind luxury waterfront development in downtown Sharjah.
The store will offer a wide selection of imported and local fresh food items, essential products and daily baked goods. There is ample parking available for those wanting to shop in-store and home delivery for the neighborhood, said the statement from Eagle Hills.
