Casio Middle East has launched the G-Shock GA-2000 Military Color Series, a new line of military design inspired models with three vivid colorways.

 

The engaging new range has been dubbed as the most affordable G-Shock line to make use of the carbon core guard case design and also the first to feature a quick-release band. 

 

According to company's senior officials, the new GA-2000 models include the GA-2000-2A, GA-2000-3A, and GA-2000-5A. These new watches, which measure 51.2 x 48.7 x 14.1mm and weigh 64 grams, offer exciting key features such as shock resistance, 200-meter water resistance, world time (48 cities + UTC, DST on/off), 1/100 second stopwatch (24 hours, with split), countdown timer (24 hours), 5 alarms, hourly time signal, button tone on/off, full auto calendar, 12/24 hour format, dual LED lights (super iIlluminator LED and LED backlight for LCD with 1.5/3-second afterglow), and an estimated three-year battery life.

 

The GA-2000-2A comes in the traditional Navy colours of blue and gold, while the GA-2000-3A bears an olive-green colour that matches woodland environments. Lastly, the GA-2000-5A is presented with a main colour that blends harmoniously with woodland and desert environments.
