Magic Planet opens second outlet in Bahrain

CBRE Group, a leading commercial real estate service and investment firm, has finalised an agreement with Majid Al Futtaim, a leading shopping mall, retail and leisure pioneer across the Middle East and North Africa (Mena), to open Magic Planet at Enma Mall in East Riffa, Bahrain.
CBRE is responsible for property management and retail leasing for the Enma Mall.
Scheduled for opening in June, this will be the 19th outlet of Magic Planet across the Mena region and the second in Bahrain, said a statement.
The venue, spread across nearly 900 sq m, will cater to all youngsters and feature a variety of games, including rides, physical activities, skill games, a play area, and over 50 video and prize attractions, it added.

Enma Mall offers 27,000 sq m of contemporary style retail space over three levels including a 500-seater food court, a mix of food and beverage outlets to cater to all tastes along with ample parking space.
