Etisalat, a leading telecom group in the UAE, recently opened a retail shop-in-shop inside an outlet of electronics retailer Sharaf DG in Dubai Mall.

Etisalat’s first such key retail shop-in-shop counter inside Sharaf DG outlet will enable customers to avail of all services normally offered at business centres including registration of new prepaid or postpaid lines, SIM replacement, SIM registration, eLife, bill payments, MNP services etc.

Mohamed Al Zarouni, senior vice president – Sales, Etisalat UAE, said: “This partnership is one of many strategic initiatives by Etisalat in 2014 to customise services to best suit customer needs.
