CPC sponsors Jeddah HR forum

Construction Products Holding Company (CPC) is diamond sponsor of the fourth edition of a human resources forum in Jeddah, which focuses on modern approaches to human resources development.
The Jeddah Human Resources Forum 2012 will run from October 1 to 5 at the Hilton Hotel under the auspices of the Minister of Labor Adel Mohammed Fakih.
The forum will present best practices in recruitment mechanisms and functional rehabilitation so as to develop Saudi talent in manufacturing, construction, retail, services and other major business sectors.
“Our participation in this forum for the third consecutive year shows our keenness in promoting job nationalization and reducing unemployment in the society,” said Dr Faisal Al-Aqueel, business development manager and head of Corporate Social Responsibility Department at CPC.
Dr Al-Aqueel said that the forum, by promoting modern trends in human resources management and activities, will help develop a stimulating work environment for the country’s youth and increase national competencies through knowledge transfer.
CPC has established training centers in collaboration with the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) and pays great attention to job nationalization in its various subsidiaries and also job creation for Saudi youth aspiring to keep pace with the country’s economic development, Dr Al-Aqueel said. – TradeArabia News Service
