Blood Swept Lands...

A raven flies over the art installation titled "Blood Swept Lands and Seas of Red" at the Tower of London on September 19. The evolving art installation, which will be completed on November 11, will mark the 100th year of the first full day of British involvement in WW1. The work, which is sited in the moat of the Tower of London will comprise of 888,246 ceramic poppies created by ceramic artist Paul Cummins, with setting by stage designer Tom Piper.  Reuters/Russell Boyce
