A gathering of experts in Bahrain could shape energy policies in the Middle East, as world leaders debate concerns about global warming at the Paris Climate Change Conference.

The second Energy Management Conference and Exhibition started yesterday (December 7) at the Gulf Hotel’s Gulf Convention Centre and continues today.

Discussions could result in a roadmap setting out better management of the region’s natural resources, according to Energy Minister Dr Abdulhussein Mirza, reported the Gulf Daily News, our sister publication.
