PetroRabigh says unit repairs to hit Q2 results

RIYADH, June 15, 2015

PetroRabigh, a joint venture between Saudi Aramco and Sumitomo Chemical, said the maintenance work at one of its facilities, will affect the company's second quarter results by SR69 million ($18.4 million).

The Saudi-based PetroRabigh did not specify whether this amount referred to revenue or profit.

The company said repairs to its hydrogen unit are complete and it resumed operations last Friday, according to a statement to Riyadh's bourse.

Faulty pipes caused the unit to shut down, the company announced on May 29.-Reuters
