Dolphin seeks prequals for pipeline project

Dolphin Energy, an Abu Dhabi-based gas company, has invited experienced engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractors to participate in the pre-qualification to select bidders for the ‘Northern Emirates Pipeline Project’.

The project will include detailed engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of a 36” interconnecting pipeline, block valve stations (BVS) and associated facilities to be installed between the Dolphin Energy’s 48” Taweelah Fujairah Gas Pipeline (TFP) BVS 06 and Sajaa Gas Plant in Sharjah, a notification said.

An EPC contract for the project is expected to be awarded by the end of the first quarter of next year.

Only experienced EPC contractors, possessing a successful track record of undertaking large scale projects of similar nature and magnitude, will be considered, it said.

Applicants can download the pre-qualification questionnaire by following the ‘Tenders’ tab on the company website at www.dolphinenergy.com.

The questionnaire will be available for download for a period of one week from the date of publication of the notification. Entries will be due for submission by noon (UAE time) on August 17. - TradeArabia News Service
