
UAE oil output to hit 3m bpd in 2013
Dubai, January 9, 2013
The UAE has produced around 2.6 million barrels a day (bpd) of crude in December and now it hopes to raise output to 3 million bpd sometime this year, UAE oil minister Mohammed bin Dhaen al-Hamli said on Wednesday.
He said current production capacity of the Opec member country was 2.8 million bpd.-Reuters
