Euro Motors Jaguar Land Rover launches e-appointments

Bahrain-based Euro Motors Jaguar Land Rover has announced an innovative facility in its websites which offers customers a wide range of services including booking of appointments online using the integrated booking solution.

They can choose the type of service required followed by a suitable date and time, said a statement from the company.

Furthermore, customers will also be able to select their preferred mobility solution and view the prices for the various options available. They will also be able to view the many offers and campaigns that are introduced throughout the year.

The booking feature is available on the Jaguar and Land Rover Total Care app as well which is available for download on iOS and Android, making the offering all the more accessible to its customers, said the statement.  

With a fully-equipped service centre capable of handling 32 vehicles at a time and with the ease of creating an appointment online, customers will be able to schedule the session based on their own convenience, remarked Stephen Lay, the general manager.

“As part of our efforts to provide the best customer experiences at all times, we are glad to provide this unique solution that gives our customers complete control of their service visits,” he stated.

Euro Motors Jaguar Land Rover would arrange for the pick-up and drop-off of the vehicle from their doorstep and if need be customers will also be provided with courtesy vehicles," said Lay.
