UP is the master developer of MotorCity and the Dubai Autodrome, the country's first fully integrated multipurpose motorsport and entertainment facility.

MotorCity by Union Properties offers a blend of entertainment, dining and retail options within a pedestrian-oriented, multi-user environment.

It encompasses six projects, each with its distinct environment, including Avenue District, Dubai Autodrome, OIA Residence, Uptown MotorCity, Green Community MotorCity, and Business Park MotorCity.

The Phase One of Dubai Autodrome Business Park project comprises a 54,000-sq-ft facility with 12 unique units catering to automotive, racing- and motorsports-related businesses, while Phase Two will boast additional 33,900 sq ft facility.

UP said work has started on the Phase Two of the Dubai Autodrome Business Park project, which has already secured 100 per cent bookings. It will be located next to the existing Phase 1, close to the 5.39-km-race circuit at Dubai Autodrome.

"We have seen substantial interest during the launch of Phase One and the next phase will be a continuation of Union Properties’ successful destination-led strategy which has already secured a 100 percent booking of all our units," remarked Ibrahim.

Dubai MotorCity Business Park Phase 1 is home to major car racing brands such as Lamborghini Trofeo and Porsche, amongst others.
