The Mini Clubman

Mini to launch ‘Clubman’ next year

DUBAI, July 2, 2015

Mini, the automotive brand that is part of Germany-based BMW Group, announced that its new model the Mini Clubman will launch in the Middle East in 2016.

Aimed at the new premium-compact segment, the Clubman is consciously designed as the “smallest large car”, and offers maximum interior space on a minimal footprint, said a statement from the company.

Just over 32 cm longer and around 12 cm wider than its predecessor, the new Mini Clubman provides plenty of space to meet the demands of youthful, urban mobility.

The vehicle possesses classic Mini design cues, such as wheels at the far corners of the car, short overhangs and the incipient wedge shape of the side, said the statement.

At the same time the stretched roofline and four fully-fledged side-doors indicate a larger interior and functionality, and its split rear doors make the Clubman a six-door model.

The new Mini Clubman will be introduced with a choice of 12 exterior colour variants, including the Melting Silver Metallic and Pure Burgundy Metallic being introduced for the first time, it added. – TradeArabia News Service
