Euro Motors, the exclusive dealer of Jaguar and Land Rover in Bahrain, has announced the launch of a new 'Rapid Drop-off and Collection Service' from Sunday.

Under the service offering, customers who wish to service their Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles can now opt for themselves to be dropped off to their intended destination and subsequently, collected from their current location once the servicing is done with, by employees of the dealer, reported the Gulf Daily News, our sister publication.

There will be four designated drivers standing by at all times and four vehicles earmarked for the service.

Euro Motors said it will also use the service as a tool to encourage appointment bookings, which in turn enables the dealer's preparation for tailored services based on each customer's preferences and convenience.

Euro Motors Jaguar Land Rover general manager Simon Ellis said the service would enhance customers' experience by offering Jaguar and Land Rover owners a five-star experience. It will also complement the current mobility services already available at the showroom, such as the courtesy car extended to customers who have pre-booked service and repair appointments.

'Intended to be a major factor that plays a crucial role during the purchasing process, the service now makes the maintenance of your distinguished and elegant Jaguar or Land Rover vehicle just that much more easier,' he said.

Customers can avail of the service by calling the showroom on 17460460 at the time of booking their service appointment, Mr Ellis said.

Also, in some instances, vehicles that have received warranty attention may be directly delivered back to the customer. – TradeArabia News Service
