Trainers tour Toyota Plaza

A delegation of technical instructors (trainers) from the Bahrain Training Institute’s (BTI) Automotive Department and the Sheikh Abdulla Industrial School for Boys recently made separate visits to the new Toyota Plaza in Tubli.

The plaza is one of the largest Toyota and Lexus service centres in the region. 

During the visits, the trainers were briefed on the history of Ebrahim K Kanoo and the commitment it has to outstanding sales and after-sales services.

They were also told of the various training programs available for school graduates, which include intensive training courses and various scholarship programs to local universities and institutes. These programs reflect the company’s commitment to investing in human resources to enhance the skills and capabilities of its workforce, a statement said.

Both groups were also taken on a tour of the Toyota Plaza, which provides Toyota and Lexus customers with all the after sales services, maintenance, Toyota genuine spare parts and accessories, vehicle leasing, car care, and detailing. They experienced first hand the services carried out by highly-trained staff and master technicians.

Hussain Khamis, head of the automotive department at BTI, and Sameer Fatooh, head of career counselling at the Sheikh Abdulla Technical School for Boys, praised E K Kanoo for its pioneering role in the automotive industry. – TradeArabia News Service
