DIFC Art Nights return for the 10th year

DUBAI, November 17, 2020

Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), the destination where business meets leisure, has announced the return of DIFC Art Nights this November.

Now in its 10th year, the event will offer lifestyle, arts and culture enthusiasts the opportunity to discover eclectic art pieces from established and emerging artists, with a side of live entertainment.

Taking place from November 17 to 18, 2020, DIFC Art Nights are back at Gate Village, the premium urban retail, leisure and cultural destination at the heart of DIFC. The al fresco evening event will operate with strict public health procedures in line with UAE Government guidelines. Admission is complimentary and visitors can attend from 6PM to 10PM on both evenings.

DIFC Art Nights’ visitors can expect to be transported into a world of creativity and inspiration as they enjoy a vibrant blend of installations from 40 incredible artists from around the world, alongside exhibits from galleries including The Empty Quarter, Opera Gallery, Sconci Gallery and Tabari Art Space, as well as platforms such as Legacy Art and many more.

From inspiring sand art by Nathaniel Alapide to acrylic and oil paintings by Mohamed Hussein, to works from mosaic, sand and calligraphy artists who will be performing live art along with musical performance by The Swing Revue and Adam Kadabra, this two-day event will transform Dubai’s financial district into an urban centre for contemporary arts and culture.

This annual event reflects the Centre’s commitment to realising Dubai’s Culture and Arts strategy and celebrating the vibrant arts scene of our cosmopolitan city. -- Tradearabia News Service
