New app launched in GCC to help Indians in emergencies

MANAMA, January 12, 2016

A new mobile phone application that allows Indian expats in distress to contact their embassy and social workers has been launched in the GCC. The free app is called MigCall, an abbreviation of the words “migrant” and “call,” and is designed for people facing an emergency, said a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.
