Drug smuggling bid foiled at Bahrain airport

MANAMA, December 7, 2015

An attempt to smuggle more than half a kilo of the methamphetamine shabu through Bahrain International Airport has been foiled by Customs.

Officers seized 555gm of the drug concealed inside the luggage of an Asian passenger, who was arrested, reported the Gulf Daily News, our sister publication.
