Chestertons to launch London project in Dubai

DUBAI, February 16, 2015

Chestertons, a leading international property agency, will unveil a Dh5.5-billion ($1.5 billion) project in London, UK, by Berkley Homes called 250 City Road for UAE investors in Dubai, UAE.

The property is designed by Foster + Partners, one of the most innovative and acclaimed architectural practices, and delivers the optimum place to live and work, said a statement.

Priced from Dh3.2 million ($870,960) for a studio apartment, and claimed to offer great value for money on a per square foot basis, the project is situated in the heart of one of London’s most vibrant areas and very close to the City and the capital’s tech and creative quarters.

Chestertons will unveil more details on the project during an exhibition at the Jumeirah Emirates Towers on Febraury 19, 20 and 21.
