Blake, Cassels and Graydon, a Canada-based business law firm, in association with Dr Saud Al-Ammari Law Firm (Blakes), has admitted Tim Sunar to the partnership of the firm in Al Khobar.

Sunar’s practice focuses primarily on advising clients on a range of commercial transactions with an emphasis on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, international joint ventures, and reorganisations.
