Omani group in SAP partnership to boost FM services

Renaissance Services, the largest integrated facilities management and accommodation solutions company in Oman, has announced a digital transformation partnership with global experience company SAP in bid to drive efficiencies for the company and its clients through use of state-of-the-art digital platforms.
 
Oman Vision 2040 continues to guide the development of the sultanate’s infrastructure, mall and retail, and tourism and hospitality projects.

Goldstein Research shows the FM market has topped $210 million and is set to grow by more than four-fold to $860 million by 2022.

"As part of Renaissance’s goals of being the best services solutions company and providing safe and hygienic facilities, nutritious cuisine, as well as supporting Oman Vision 2040, we need to quickly get onboard and train thousands of employees," remarked Manoj Parmesh, the chief people officer (CPO), Renaissance Services SAOG.

“Our digital transformation with SAP SuccessFactors can scale up quickly in line with our growth and with real-time insights, we will have one of the finest tools to manage our most important resource- People!,” said Parmesh.
 
With globally increasing awareness about worker welfare, Oman is setting new standards on workforce accommodation across its urban centers, industrial towns, and oil fields.
 
Supporting 2040’s goals of economic and social transformation, Renaissance’s digital transformation of its human resources and learning function is centered on adopting the SAP SuccessFactors cloud-based human resources management system.

Renaissance is driving talent development with mobile apps for self-learning across more than 9,000 employees and helping to develop Oman’s workforce of the future.
 
The Omani group’s mobile apps will provide employees with access to their HR team for various service requests besides to pay information and learning content with self-learning units that are tailored to individual roles, that would be available anywhere, anytime, and from any type of mobile device.
 
Waheed Al Hamaid, the managing director of SAP Oman, said: "In the rapid response fields of FM and food services, we’re exchanging best practices in talent development so that Renaissance can gain real-time insights on their employees’ efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction."
