Emirates Investment Authority (EIA), the UAE sovereign wealth fund, has increased its stake in Dubai-based telecom services company Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (du).

EIA said it had reached an agreement with Mamoura Diversified Global Holding and General Investments FZE to acquire 463.263 million shares of du.

This latest move represents nearly 10.22 per cent of du's issued share capital.-TradeArabia News Service
