Cyber exposure firm Tenable gears up for Dubai show

DUBAI, March 30, 2019

Leading cyber exposure company Tenable is set to showcase its innovative products and solutions at the Gulf Information Security Expo & Conference (GISEC), which kicks off on April 1 in Dubai.

Tenable will unveil its Cyber Exposure platform, including its recently announced Predictive Prioritization offering, to highlight new approaches to vulnerability management at the Middle East’s largest cybersecurity exhibition which runs till April 3.

Announcing the company participation, Regional Director (Middle East) Maher Jadallah, said: "Digital transformation has created a complex computing environment of Cloud, DevOps, traditional compute or corporate LAN, mobility and IoT, where everything is connected as part of the new, modern attack surface."

"This has created a massive gap in an organization’s ability to truly understand its Cyber Exposure at any given time. Effectively prioritizing vulnerabilities is a critical and strategic business imperative for reducing cyber risk," he stated.

"At Gisec 2019, we plan to discuss new approaches for reducing the Cyber Exposure of organizations," he added.

"Gisec is the largest and most anticipated cybersecurity exhibition in the Middle East and is a perfect platform for us to showcase our innovative cybersecurity solutions, drive our Cyber Exposure message and increase our brand visibility with a niche focused audience," noted Jadallah.

"We plan to place the spotlight on Predictive Prioritization, our vulnerability management innovation that re-prioritizes each vulnerability based on the likelihood it will be exploited in the next 28 days.  Cybersecurity experts from Tenable will also demonstrate how customers can close the IT/OT cyber gap," he added.

During the expo, senior executives and cybersecurity experts from Tenable will interact with visitors, share the company’s latest developments and global success stories, as well as demonstrate the power of Tenable’s Cyber Exposure platform with them.

More than 27,000 organizations around the globe rely on Tenable to understand and reduce cyber risk, stated Jadallah.

As the creator of Nessus, Tenable has extended its expertise in vulnerabilities to deliver the world’s first platform to see and secure any digital asset on any computing platform.

Tenable customers include more than 50 per cent of the Fortune 500, more than 25 per cent of the Global 2000 and large government agencies, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
