Ooredoo Oman launches new website

Ooredoo Oman, a top telecom provider in the Sultanate, has launched its new website featuring improved search functionalities, live chat services and the ability for Ooredoo customers to browse the whole site for free.

Feras Al Shaikh, Ooredoo director of Consumer Sales said: “As data experience leaders, we wanted our revamped web and mobile site to bring us into the digital age, as well as giving us the opportunity to share more with our customers. Alongside a visual overhaul with a cleaner and more sophisticated design, the new site makes access to information seamless and includes a live chat support for all visitors. Customers are welcome to search, browse and experience our site free of data charge in English and Arabic whenever they choose.”

Among its many features that have taken user-friendliness to new heights, the site also includes improved ReadSpeaker text-to-speech solutions, giving a voice to Ooredoo’s content. Text can be heard in Arabic and English to help customers who prefer or require use of the service.
