Ooredoo Oman CEO resigns

MUSCAT, October 19, 2016

Omani Qatari Telecommunications Company (Ooredoo) has announced that its chief executive officer Greg Young has resigned from the company effective yesterday (October 18).

The board of directors of the company made a statement to the Muscat Securities Market in this regard.

The board has accepted his resignation and has also announced that Jorgen Latte, the company’s chief financial officer, will serve as the acting chief executive officer for an interim period, until the board appoints a new CEO, a statement said. - TradeArabia News Service
