Ooredoo offers special Oman package

MUSCAT, OMAN, December 9, 2015

Regional telecommunications company Ooredoo has released an upgraded version of its Shuoola bundle designed to empower people with special needs in Oman.

The package includes reduced call rates and 1GB data, which is ten times the previous allowance, a senior official said.

Feras Al Sheikh, director of consumer sales, said: “Our revamped Suhoola bundle offers people with special needs more data and greater savings.”

“One of the reasons we increased the data allowance is that we know there are lots of apps on the market that help with improving quality of life in people with disabilities. All these apps need data to work, so by providing 1 GB per month, we are ensuring that they can be used as often as needed,” he added.

Freeing customers with special needs from paying an activation fee, the improved Suhoola bundle delivers free 1GB of monthly data, alongside voice and video rates as low as Bz19 per minute for calling within the sultanate. -TradeArabia News Service
