Du launches customised mobile plan for SMEs

DUBAI, March 17, 2015

UAE-based du, a leading telecom services provider, has bolstered its plans for the small and medium enterprise (SME) sector with the offering of its Business Mobile Plan, which comprises of a suite of five plans depending on the needs of the clients.

Starting at Dh50 ($13.6), the plan comes bundled with a host of benefits for business customers such as free calls within their company, included data, national and international voice, SMS and devices, at zero upfront cost – thus adding more value to their business.

Additional add-ons include the national data bundle, extra national calling, SMS bundles and more, a statement said.

Hany Fahmy Ali, executive vice president, Enterprise Business, du, said: “SMEs constitute the biggest chunk of UAE’s economy and are key to the nation’s growth.”

“It is only fitting that we have a telecom plan that matches the ever-evolving needs of this dynamic business segment. Our new Business Mobile Plan – designed using customer feedback, combines sought-after product attributes such as simplicity, flexibility, free calls and latest smartphones at zero upfront cost - making it the most complete suite of plans for SMEs in the UAE,” he added.

As of this month, Business Mobile Plan will be the primary product offered to small and medium enterprise customers (SME) and will be sold across all du channels. This new plan will replace all other business plans for SMEs during the course of 2015.

Existing customers can continue using their existing plans as is; however, they will have the choice to move over to the Business Mobile Plan at any time free of cost in order for them to derive more value, according to the statement.

Customers will continue to enjoy existing services that they avail now when they migrate to the new plan, the statement said. – TradeArabia News Service
