Zain Bahrain revamps four stores

Manama, April 14, 2014

Zain Bahrain, a key telecom services operator in the kingdom, has announced the revamp of four of its stores with another batch set to be launched during the next quarter.

The shops in Isa Town, Manama, Hamad Town and Exhibition Avenue have been revamped following the new retail experience strategy covering a total of 22 shops and kiosks spread across the kingdom, reported the Gulf Daily News, our sister publication.

"The new designs were carefully developed based on customer insight and to meet the growing demand for service innovations," said Zain Bahrain retail and franchise outlets manager Ammar Al Ketbi.

The 'enhanced shops' represents an overhaul of the retail experience and provides a one-stop destination for customers including education, support, and hands-on demonstrations of products and services along with self-service machines for fast transactions and a dedicated Signature team member and technical support area.

"A key element introduced is the customer management system which allows our customers to schedule an appointment at a retail outlet based on their busy schedule," he said.-TradeArabia News Service
