Menatelecom switches to e-billing system

Manama, March 2, 2014

Menatelecom, a leading telecom operator in Bahrain, has launched its 'Go Green' campaign with the introduction of the new e-billing system for all postpaid customers.

This, the company said, will not only significantly contribute towards the reduction of waste but also help customers save 300 fils payable every time a hard copy is sent to them by post.

The e-billing system is the most efficient method to view bills using electronic channels.

It will also allow customers to have much faster access to their monthly billing details while being able to pay online.

Customers have the flexibility of making payments by visiting www.menatelecom.com, or by using KFH or Ithmaar online banking channels.

Customers can also make payments by visiting any KFH branch, over the phone by calling 07770, cash at Menatelecom kiosk machines located at all retail outlets and by using one of Sadad payment kiosks located at more than 340 locations throughout Bahrain.

"It is the duty of us all to contribute towards the preservation of our environment and our 'Go Green' campaign is a step forward in achieving this," said Menatelecom chairman Abdul Razak Jawahery.

"Our new e-billing system is the most effective way of recycling and at the same time, be more efficient and save our customers money," added.-TradeArabia News Service
