UAE-based telecom operator Etisalat has launched its new cloud-based managed email security service for businesses.

The service is aimed at enabling companies to safeguard mission-critical corporate email infrastructure and information resources and is powered by Zservices (Zscaler Middle East Cloud), which provides businesses with the tools to set email policy, control email access and security with ease.

Organisations today are in need of cutting edge security services to protect all their key information assets and ensure business continuity, said a senior official.

With its cloud-based infrastructure, the service will also enable Etisalat to provide additional features, such as advance security threat protection, which uses real-time email message tracing to provide the information to triage security threats while maintaining mission-critical communications.
