Xoriant boosts ME presence with Infor tieup

Dubai, September 1, 2010

Xoriant Corporation, a business consulting and IT services provider based in the US, said it has expanded its presence in the Middle East region with an Infor channel partnership.

The Incor partnership for the Middle East region enables Xoriant to provide consulting services, support and training on current and new products to Infor clients.

“Given the footprint of Infor clients in the Middle East, this partnership strengthens our efforts in marketing Infor’s products and services, provide clients with required knowledge and support to design, implement and optimize business processes,” said Girish Gaitonde, CEO at Xoriant.

Xoriant recently expanded its Middle East presence by opening an office in Dubai. This local presence will help provide more responsive sales, consulting and support service to our clients. Immediate growth plans include establishing operations in other GCC countries, he added.

Jean-Philippe Pommel, vice president EMEA Channels at Infor, said, “We are pleased to have Xoriant as an Infor Channel Partner in the Middle East. Xoriant has had a long history of providing high-quality, cost-effective services to Infor clients and this partnership would bring that experience closer to our clients in the Middle East region.”

The Infor partnership aligns with Xoriant’s Middle East operations growth, where it helps organizations lower costs, align application investments with business goals, and maintain competitive advantage.

“The Middle East Infor partnership will be supported by Xoriant’s Infor Center of Excellence in India, from where we have supported numerous client implementations globally,” said Sanjay Arte, SVP Middle East.

“Xoriant and Infor will work proactively to respond to our growing client base, their unique business requirements, and strengthen our clients' capabilities to address business opportunities,” he added.-TradeArabia News Service
