Maroc Telecom unveils $1.3bn investment plan

Maroc Telecom, Morocco's main telecoms operator, which is majority-owned by French media group Vivendi, has unveiled a 10.5 billion Moroccan dirham ($1.3 billion) investment programme.
Maroc Telecom said it had signed the investment programme with the country's government and had undertaken to improve communications infrastructure throughout the country.-Reuters
