Workers are seen awaiting customers behind a PTT logo at a fuel station in Bangkok in this file photograph. PTT, Thailand's top energy company, has offered to buy out Singapore-listed Sakari Resources for $960 million as the oil and gas firm expands into coal to meet rising regional demand for the fuel. PTT, through unit PTT Asia Pacific Mining Pty Ltd, already controls about 45.27 percent of Sakari Resources, which operates coal mines in Indonesia. Reuters/Kerek Wongsa/Files
