UAE-based Salem Ahmad Almoosa Enterprises (SAAE), a top business conglomerates, recently held a special event highlighting the formal awarding of three ISO certifications to its companies.

The event, which marked over 40 years of excellence across a wide range of industries, also recognised a number of employees for their dedication, loyalty and outstanding performance.

Xavier Gabriel, CEO for the Asia and Mena regions from international certification body Bureau of Assessment Service (BAS), presented to one of the SAAE Companies with ISO certificates for Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and Customer Satisfaction (ISO 10002 for Complaints Handling and ISO10004 for Monitoring and Measurement).

 The international certifications recognize the real estate developer’s exemplary ability to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and happiness mainly through innovative processes and practices.
