The advanced capabilities of Juma Al Majid Group’s Hyundai DigitalStudio, the first fully digitalised car showroom in the Middle East, have been recognised with an award from Hyundai Motor Corporation.

The facility received the ‘Best Digital Operation,’ honour, said a statement from Juma Al Majid, the sole distributor of Hyundai Motors in the UAE.

The title was presented to Hyundai UAE at the Hyundai Africa and Middle East Dealer Strategic Committee held in Dubai, UAE, recently, it added.

The Hyundai DigitalStudio was launched to bring all the features of a car showroom into one small space and to enable customers to browse Hyundai’s products and services digitally, it said.

Located in the Hyundai Deira Showroom, the facility enables customers to conveniently overview Hyundai cars, comparing models, colours, pricing and features. It also allows them to view finance deals and other special offers.

The DigitalStudio showcases Hyundai Motor company’s design philosophy of ‘fluidic sculpture’ and offers the latest audio visual technology, integrating these elements to create a more personalised customer consultation, added the statement.

The company launched the initiative to take a lead on competitors by offering a whole new paradigm for the car showroom experience. Hyundai UAE says that the facility is a highly effective tool to drive sales in a region that has one of the highest technology penetration rates in the world, it said.
