Equate team visits Kuwait’s General Administration of Customs

KUWAIT, August 30, 2015

Equate Petrochemical Company, Kuwait’s first international petrochemical joint venture, conducted a visit of its senior executives to Kuwait General Administration of Customs (KGAC).

The visitors were received by KGAC executives which included Khaled Al-Saif, general manager; Sayer Al-Azma, manager of the general manager’s office; Husam Al-Sahail, manager of general auditing; and Ahdi Al-Obaidan, manager of air customs, said the statement.

Equate’s team included Mohammad Husain, president and CEO; Tareq Al-Kandari senior executive for business development; Ahmed Al-Shuwaib senior operations director; Yaqoub Al-Kandari corporate and government services leader; and Ali Al-Hamad senior corporate communications executive, it added.

Al-Saif said: “The administration spares no effort to facilitate all matters for each and every relevant organisation. As all of us aspire for development and progress, the administration welcomes all added-value suggestions from all sides to ensure Kuwait’s advancement and prosperity.”

Husain said: “KGAC plays a critical role in supporting various sectors in Kuwait as part of contributing to this country’s efforts to become a regional financial and economic hub.”

“Based on that, KGAC has notably contributed to the success achieved by Equate in an embodiment of its slogan ‘Partners in Success’ to ensure overall sustainability,” he said.

“This has become a reality through the support and cooperation of KGAC’s general manager, as well as other leaders and employees at the department,” he added. – TradeArabia News Service
