Enterprise Holdings, Al Jomaih partner to expand business

RIYADH, May 27, 2015

US-based leading transportation solutions provider Enterprise Holdings has joined hands with Al Jomaih Group, one of Saudi Arabia’s largest industrial and consumer businesses, to expand into Saudi Arabia and the wider Arabian Peninsula.

Al Jomaih Auto Rental (Ajar), the newly created vehicle rental business, will open a network of branches at major airport, city and community locations in Saudi Arabia throughout 2015, said a statement.

The company which will operate the Enterprise-Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, Alamo Rent-A-Car and Ajar brands, also intends to sub franchise across the states of the GCC and the Levant region, it added.

Enterprise Holdings currently operates the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent-A-Car brands throughout Europe and the Middle East, it further added.

Globally, Enterprise Holdings is operational in more than 70 countries and territories, these include Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Macedonia, Montenegro, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and the UK. The company will become operational in additional countries throughout Europe and the Middle East in the coming months, said the statement.
