Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company has appointed Nasser bin Abdulaziz Abanmai as president, a bourse filing said, a week after his predecessor resigned for personal reasons.

A unit of Saudi Basic Industries Corp (Sabic), one of the world's biggest petrochemical firms, Saudi Kayan said on March 1 Mazyad Al-Khaldi stepped down and that the petrochemicals firm would announce a replacement in due course.

Abanmai served in several executive posts at Sabic and its affiliates, the bourse filing added.  - Reuters
