Neptune shows off aluminium unit

Manama, May 6, 2014

Neptune Technical and Trading is putting the spotlight on its recently acquired aluminium fabrication division while showcasing some aluminium kitchen designs as well as windows and doors at gulfBID.

Established in 1986, the Bahrain company started metal fabrication in 2003 and has seen business grow ever since. Its services have been used on some of the landmark projects in the kingdom recently including The Domain hotel, Four Seasons hotel, the new Applied Science University campus and Bahrain Islamic Bank Financial Malls.

The company undertakes metal fabrication for architectural, structural and general projects, such as staircases and balcony railings, wall-mounted handrails, glass railings, guard rails, windows, doors, gates, ladders, stainless steel kitchens, cladding of lifts, escalators, columns, aluminium composite panel cladding, canopy ceilings, handles, signs, skirting, framing, bollards, brackets, and other custom fabrication. It also works with stainless steel, steel, wrought iron, brass and aluminium.

General manager and owner Nadia Sameer says gulfBID is a great platform to spread awareness about the company and showcase quality fabrication to a wide range of potential clients.

In terms of business, she says 2013 was a slow year in the construction sector registering only a marginal improvement over 2012. Yet, the company is expanding to ensure its longevity in the market. “We recently acquired an aluminium fabrication factory; so we can expand our operations to include aluminium kitchens, cladding, windows and doors,” says Sameer, adding that Neptune will open a new showroom this year to showcase its fabrication expertise and trading section.

Neptune’s factory and office are located in East Riffa while its head office is in Sitra.

Neptune Technical and Trading is at Stand 1D61.
