Bee’ah wins Al Kalba municipality contract

SHARJAH, June 21, 2016

Bee’ah, a leading fully integrated environment and waste management company, has signed  a contract with Al Kalba Municipality in Sharjah, UAE, for the provision of waste collection, management and treatment services in the city.

The signing ceremony was held at Kalba Municipality’s headquarters, and was attended by Khalfan Abdullah Al Thabahi, manager of Kalba City Municipality, and Khaled Al Huraimel, group CEO of Bee’ah, who signed the contract on behalf of their respective organisations, in the presence of Dr Mohammed Abdullah Al Zaabi, chairman of the Municipal Council in Kalba, and several top officials and executives from both sides.

Under the five-year contract, Bee’ah will provide waste management services for public, residential, commercial and agricultural areas under the municipality’s jurisdiction, as well as hauling services to the landfill in Kalba.

Bee’ah will be committed to provide a modern fleet and work on increasing public awareness of environmental issues among Kalba’s residents, urging them to keep the city clean and beautiful.

Bee’ah is also committed to provide the latest and the most integrated environmental solutions and will supply Kalba Municipality with a fleet of cleaning vehicles and machines and sufficient manpower to carry out the agreed works.  – TradeArabia News Service
