Health action plan on way to cut spending in Bahrain

MANAMA, November 11, 2015

Bahrain hopes to save millions of dinars by overhauling its policies on medical prescriptions at the country’s public sector healthcare facilities. A national strategy to reduce spending on medicines will be drawn up following a three-day workshop that got underway yesterday at the Gulf Hotel, said a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.
