Bahrain Premier vows to improve health services

Bahrain's Premier has stressed the government's resolve to spare no effort in maintaining advanced levels accomplished in services sector - especially education and health.
 
Efforts will focus on finding optimum solutions and seeking expertise from international centres regarding sickle cell patients, he said.
 
This came as His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received parliament chairman Dr Khalifa Al Dhahrani, Shura Council chairman Ali Saleh Al Saleh, MPs and senior officials, said a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.
 
The Premier praised co-operation between government and parliament and said it will contribute to the prosperity of the homeland and the welfare of its citizens.
 
He stressed the government's keenness to boost the legislatures' monitoring role in addition to working on proposals presented in parliament.
 
The Prime Minister emphasised that the government's duty is to ensure the security and stability of the homeland and a safer livelihood for citizens.
 
"This goal should be attained through concerted efforts and national unity in the face of terrorism and its perpetrators. Everybody should assume their responsibility in preserving the national gains achieved in all walks of life," the Premier urged. - TradeArabia News Service
